Dear Parents,
Today was the kick-off day for our new Reading/Writing unit on culture. Our culture unit will provide us with many opportunities to read and talk about different aspects of culture and the similarities and differences throughout the countries of the world. Each student will be choosing a country to study closely. We will then be writing individual reports on our selected countries! I am encouraging the students to choose a country that they have an ancestral connection to. We will be presenting our Country Reports in April!
